1. Initial phone call

We have a 15 minute initial phone call to see if the advice you need matches what we can offer you. If we aren’t a good fit, I can suggest other ways to progress further.

2. Initial meeting

This meeting usually lasts 1 to 2 hours and can take place at your home, at our office or remotely. This meeting is free of charge and you are under no obligation to proceed any further.

During the meeting I will start to gather information on your objectives and financial position. We will also explain the services we offer, our advice process and clearly explain the fees you will be charged. You can also ask any questions that you might have.

3. Further meetings

During these meetings we will complete your financial plan using Voyant, which will help clarify your circumstances, objectives and values. We will also discuss whether you have any ethical or sustainable investment preferences and assess your attitude to risk and agree upon a risk strategy for your plan.

4. Research and creating your financial plan

Now that we have gathered your financial information and have an in depth understanding of your objectives we will research the best options for you and create your personalised financial plan.

5. Actioning the recommendation

We will present your financial plan to you and if you are happy to proceed we can complete the process and any paperwork that is required.

6. Monitoring and review.

If you opt for our ongoing review service we will have annual planning meetings to make sure you plan remains on track and relevant for you life needs. You have ongoing access to us and can contact us at anytime if you have any worries, queries or your circumstances change.
